When I purchase a system from you do I own the equipment?

Yes. When we sell you something you will own the equipment. There are no contracts or monthly fees unless you require central station monitoring with insurance certificate.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we stand by our installation and equipment. There is a warranty on all the installations that we perform along with the equipment that is installed. For those that would like to do their own installations, we will abide by the manufaturers warranty as long as the parts are not damaged during installation.

Do you carry parts for older systems?

Some older equipment parts are no longer available. We do have older DSC equipment kept back for service and a network to source other makes. We will be able to help you if you would rather not upgrade.

Can I self monitor using an app?

Yes! An ip module would need to be installed. The type and cost depends on the make/model of the alarm control panel. With some equipment you could monitor through an app with no monthly fee.
