For some clarity on this; If you want another company to service and monitor your current system, the current company needs to unlock the control panel and cellular radio from their dealer account. Good luck with this. Most are unwilling to release the equipment from their dealer account – that’s how they have you locked-in. You will need to purchase the control panel and radio all over again. We think that is a nasty tactic. If you purchased the parts you should own them!

Yes, we stand by our installation and equipment. There is a warranty on all the installations that we perform along with the equipment that is installed. For those that would like to do their own installations, we will abide by the manufaturers warranty as long as the parts are not damaged during installation.
